"Concierge" refers to our access control software solution integrated with SALTO ProAccess Space.

"Site" refers to our public-facing website.

• A valid license issued by us

• A SALTO ProAccess Space system (v6.0 or above)

• A valid SALTO SHIP integration license (which we can help arrange)

Licenses are non-transferable and granted for specific facilities or organisations. We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are breached.

4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and ensuring that your use of the software complies with all relevant laws and internal policies.

You also acknowledge that real-time access control functionality must be used with appropriate authorisation within your organisation.

 

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site and within the Concierge software—including but not limited to logos, branding, text, code, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Securacore Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute any materials without prior permission.

6. Third-Party Services
Our software integrates with third-party services, including SALTO Systems. By using Concierge, you acknowledge that:

• Integration depends on systems not owned or controlled by us

• We are not responsible for outages or limitations caused by third-party software or hardware

• Where needed, your data may be shared with SALTO solely to complete service arrangements or enable your license

 

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable, secure, and effective software:

• We do not guarantee that the application or website will be available at all times or free of errors

• We are not liable for loss, damage, or disruption caused by system failures, incorrect usage, third-party dependencies, or misuse of the software

• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the software license, if applicable

 

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. If you are located in Australia, relevant consumer protections under Australian law will also apply.
